Larry R. Townsley was born in Gray Ridge, Missouri, in 1945. He pursued his undergraduate education at the University of Texas where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971. Mr. Townsley also received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas in 1974.

Presently, Mr. Townsley is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Townsley is authorized to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and Texas.
