Emery Reusch is a trial lawyer who works aggressively and tirelessly on his clients’ behalf.
Emery’s commitment to trial advocacy began in high school and continued through college and law school – winning regional and national awards along the way. His law school career culminated with the Everett J. Hullverson Award for Excellence in Trial Practice at Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was also given the Academic Excellence Award in Negotiations. Prior to joining Cofman Townsley, Emery worked with some of the area’s most well-respected trial attorneys, achieving successful verdicts and settlements in numerous state and federal courts across the country.
He focuses on the firm’s litigation cases, where wrongdoers are fighting to prevent his clients from obtaining justice through the court system. His devotion to each case ensures that every client is given the opportunity to share their personal story and seek justice for their harms and losses.
Emery graduated from Saint Louis University, cum laude, and Saint Louis University School of Law. Emery is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and federal courts in the Eastern District of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
