Seth Hicks

Seth Hicks is a Cofman Townsley attorney licensed in Illinois, Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.  He represents injured people in personal injury cases.

Seth has an undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2009.  In law school, Seth served as Magister of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and Associate Justice of the SIU Moot Court Board. He clerked at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, performed legal and policy research and argued criminal cases for the Jackson County, Illinois State’s Attorney’s Office, and clerked at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm.  Seth was inducted into the Order of the Barristers in 2009 for excellence in legal advocacy.

Seth helps injured people navigate the legal system to get their lives back to normal.  He has litigated personal injury cases, workers compensation cases and other civil matters in Missouri and Illinois.     

Seth is a member of the Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice.
