July 24, 2008
A Missouri auto accident caused one side of the freeway to be closed as workers cleaned up the wreckage, according to the Springfield News-Leader.
A tractor trailer entering the freeway stopped at a set of railroad tracks and was rear-ended by a car.
The driver of the car was taken to a local hospital for injuries sustained during the Missouri auto accident.
The truck had been carrying hazardous materials, but the cargo stayed in place.
