Two injured in Missouri truck accident

A Missouri truck accident left a woman critically injured and her husband seriously injured, according to St. Louis Today.
The man was driving a pickup truck down the Interstate when he rear-ended a tractor-trailer in front of him, causing the Missouri auto accident.
