Liam B. Mardis

Liam Mardis is an associate attorney at Cofman Townsley who exclusively devotes his practice to representing individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. He specializes in car accident, trucking accident, slip and fall, dog bite, and wrongful death cases.

Before joining Cofman Townsley, Liam spent several years on the defense side representing large national insurance, Fortune 500, and publicly traded companies in personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, elevator incidents, premises liability, product liability, mass torts, and class action lawsuits. During that time, he got an inside look at how insurance companies value and defend personal injury cases, and he now uses that knowledge to fight on behalf of his clients.

Before joining the plaintiff side, Liam, his wife, and his infant daughter were involved in a car accident where they were rear-ended by an out-of-control driver going 90 mph. He knows firsthand the devastating impact that a car accident can have on individuals. Because of that, he treats each client as if they were family, helping them focus on healing and getting back to normal rather than negotiating back and forth with insurance companies.

When Liam is not in the office, he can be found pursuing one of his many hobbies, including golfing, marathon running, skiing, reading, and volunteering with the St. Vincent de Paul organization. Perhaps most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife, Kaelene, and their two-year-old daughter.
