Nate McMahill is the managing attorney of the pre-litigation department at Cofman Townsley. He has spent years fighting for injured people all over the State of Missouri. He dedicates his personal injury practice to representing those injured in car crashes. He specializes in tractor trailer crashes and catastrophic injuries. Nate has successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients as a result of others negligence. He is an advocate for the underdog and is passionate about protecting the injured against massive insurance companies.
Prior to joining Cofman Townsley, Nathan spent years working in insurance defense representing large employers and insurance companies in defense of claims. Nathan has learned first-hand the various tactics used by insurance companies to attempt to settle claims and will be able to use this knowledge to fight for better results for his clients.
As a St. Louis Native, Nate lives in Webster Groves with his wife Kayla and his children Cash, Knox, Ford, and Meredith. He enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Missouri Tigers.
