Nathan McMahill
Managing Attorney
Nate McMahill is the managing attorney at Cofman Townsley in that role he helps mentor attorneys to advocate for their clients and get exceptional results. He has spent years fighting for injured people all over the State of Missouri. He dedicates his personal injury practice to representing those injured in car crashes. He specializes in tractor-trailer crashes, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Nate has successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients as a result of others’ negligence, including multiple 7-figure results. Nate is an advocate for the underdog and is passionate about protecting the rights of the injured against massive insurance companies.
Prior to joining Cofman Townsley, Nate spent years working in insurance defense representing large employers and insurance companies in defense of claims. Nate has learned first-hand the various tactics used by insurance companies to attempt to settle claims and uses this knowledge to fight for better results for his clients.
As a lifelong St. Louis Native, Nate lives in Webster Groves with his wife Kayla and his children Cash, Knox, Ford, and Meredith. He is a member of Mary Queen of Peace Parish where he coaches youth sports year-round. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, playing in the backyard with his kids, and cheering on the Missouri Tigers.
