Several Springfield car accidents caused by winter weather

Several Springfield auto accidents were caused by the winter weather on Thursday, according to the News-Leader. An emergency status was declared through much of the morning.

The morning commute was especially dangerous for motorists, causing several Missouri auto accidents including collisions, slide-offs, and other incidents. One woman suffered car accident injuries when her vehicle slid off the road and slammed into a tree.
