Justin Wilson

Justin has dedicated nearly the past decade to representing persons injured because of the carelessness of others, recovering millions of dollars on their behalf. A passionate and tireless litigator, Justin is not interested in what the insurance companies have to offer. Rather, he insists on recovering every dollar his clients deserve.

Prior to working for injured people and their families, Justin spent five years handling complex insurance defense litigation, learning the tricks of the trade that the insurance carriers and defense bar employ to limit the recovery of deserving individuals. Justin continues to use the information gained in those years of practice to the benefit of his clients, ensuring the interests of these individuals are protected against the unfair tactics and advantages of the multi-billion-dollar insurance industry.

Justin has extensive litigation experience in the state courts of Missouri and Illinois, as well as the federal courts of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Oklahoma. Justin has handled all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigations and negotiations through trial and appeal. In addition, Justin has written and lectured on litigating uninsured and underinsured motorist claims in Missouri and Illinois.

A published legal author who is passionate about the law, Justin prides himself on promptly and thoroughly reviewing each case that comes to him to determine what damages his clients have sustained, what recovery the law allows, and the most expedient path to that recovery, before clearly, concisely, and convincingly putting the responsible parties on notice that if they don’t pay voluntarily, he will ensure a jury makes them pay.

Justin cares deeply for his clients and expects those who work with him to share that same care and concern. A no nonsense litigator and advocate, Justin believes no one is more important than his clients, and Justin leaves no stone unturned when ensuring a full and fair recovery on their behalf.
